game freezes when opponent goes back to pitching menu

anyone having the problem when searching for a game and the opponent chooses a pitcher then goes back to that screen and it freezes you?

Yes, this happens like 20% of the time while finding BR games.
I turned off crossplay, and it only happens maybe 5% of the time on Playstation. I won't play against Xbox or Switch users anymore.
