Anyone else underwhelmed with rewards?

I made a similar thread a couple days ago, but seriously. The rewards on other program reward paths, as well as hidden rewards in conquests, are super underwhelming compared to the last couple years. For example, the WBC choice pack that had the 99 rare round was a hidden reward in conquest and there were I believe 2 on the reward path for the program. Between spring breakout and now egg hunt, there has yet to be a free reward of a decent pack. All we’ve gotten is the exchange pack, but you have to exchange 100 jelly beans. With my pack odds the past couple days, I’ve been getting jelly beans in 2/3 packs, so you’d need to open 150 packs to get the free exchange pack. I used to applaud SDS for not being pay to win like EA or 2K, but with such bad rewards so far this year, I may have to stop defending them.

Yea I just made a thread about Madden and 2k vibes and this was part of it. The stinginess of the content they are giving away this year is getting pretty greedy. Spend money on the packs, which btw cost more this year. One of the spring packs is almost the equivalent of 30 dollars. Ridiculous.

@captainwesker12 Or you can take those jelly beans you're not a fan of and exchange those for a pack. Or you can also wait until they add those packs to programs, conquests, mini seasons etc at some point in the future.

The packs have been 40k the past couple years so they don’t cost more, but 100%. I remember last year during WBC program in set 1 and the set 2 other program, getting several of the choice packs without over buying a single one in the shop.

Yea they are awful. Unless you are really good at the game or love flipping hours on end, until they figure out how to stop that, the game is basically pointless and not worth playing.
Despite what people will say to you, which I can only assume are their employees or pseudo employees (aka YTers or streamers) like the one who already replied to you, the consensus seems to be the game is exactly the same but with a huge money grab. If you’re on Xbox just look at the ratings.
Pretty sad Sony would be associated with this.

The choice packs have been less and less from 22 to 23 which was poor ans this year seems even more poor

pack the power creep was set up to hope the guys who want it to be “harder to earn players” would spend money to skip the process. Which they probably would.Sony scam should be ashamed to be associated with a scam.

The exchange is not repeatable so if you keep getting more after 100, they’re useless. And also, the good packs were included in other programs and conquests right off the bat last year. If they haven’t been in the first two other programs so far this year, they probably don’t plan on putting them in for free this year, unless the community puts up enough of a gripe about it.

I have probably like 4 to 5 thousand hours of the show in my lifetime. If I did this only for the enjoyment of playing, I wouldve stopped years ago.
The joy for some like myself is that of pushing for a card that you want and grinding for it. Finally getting to try it out. See if it is good against other players.
That is the enjoyment for some.
Thats why some people play games on different difficulties for enjoyment. The challenge and perseverance. Instead we are being stifled on what we can do over fear of people progressing to fast just from playing the game. Not exploiting. JUST PLAYING THE GAME. -
I’m at 500k XP. From playing the game. Offline and online.
I don’t feel entitled to a reward for everything I do I the game, as I enjoy playing the game. -

I see where you are coming from. But it sounds really boring that being it.
You honestly can't say it doesn't feel more difficult to earn things this year.
