Getting eggs but not showing up in program

So I collected a egg didn't show up in my program as me having ok no sweat figured I'd keep playing thought it would pop up in eventually finished 2 more eggs went to program says I have none should have 3 anyone else having this issue ??

You have to exchange the vouchers for the eggs

Or collect them in the program. (like when you collect LS cards in the LS collection).
