I find there is very little lag at all american park, but for the most part all minor league stadiums see minimal input lag from my experience, Shippet is a launching pad though.

I like to use Green Valley and have had no issues with it.

Only thing I don't like about the first one is how ridiculously high the outfield walls are. Less character, and way too much green lol
