Showdown Hitting Tips?

These division showdowns are killing me haha. It’s like I get into a normal game and everything’s working fine, but once I start a showdown game I can’t hit squat. Even had a perfect perfect fly ball only make it to the warning track in Tampa, indoors. Anyone got any suggestions for how to get through these? I’ve resorted to taking as many pitches as possible, and still can’t get the results I’m looking for, even with tiring the pitchers out and working in favorable counts

The AL East showdowns where you specifically play in Tampa ar a bit harder because the ball doesn't fly as much and they have gold glovers in CF and RF in Kiermaier and Renfroe. I usually draft as much power hitters as possible and just try to hit homeruns exclusively. My approach is the same as in normal games, look for pitches over the heart of the plate and when you get them, don't miss.
