Starter Program issue

I finished the starter program yesterday got all 50 of the star coin rewards. But for some reason Sandy Alcantara 86 diamond card isn’t in my inventory for some reason ?? I thought when I got on this morning it would show up but still hasn’t. Anyone else run into this issue and or know how to fix ? It would be much appreciated thank you
