Where's the Power/PCI for power hitters?

So far this year I've noticed the PCI is nearly the same for everyone. The largest dot is in the middle with the 2nd or 3rd largest on top, severely limiting home runs so far. Even power hitters have the same PCI layout. For years it was a good mix. What happened?
Example:
Ken Griffey Jr - his card is labeled "Power" and the PCI is what I expect with the top circle being large, followed by medium in middle and small on bottom.Josh Gibson - his card is labeled "Power" and the PCI is top circle being medium, followed by large in middle and small on bottom.
Where's the logic?

I might be totally misunderstanding you but I think what you might be seeing is the players Vision rating being reflected by the PCI indicators. I’ve noticed when you look at your feedback there are very clear changes reflected by whichever of the three swing types used also
