Screen freezing after day one of the combine?

i already submitted a ticket for this earlier, but i’ll post it here. after doing day one as a centerfielder, my screen does not register inputs and i am stuck in the mlb team interest and projected round screen. if anyone else has had this issue, how do i go about fixing it?

Mine is doing the same thing, I’ve reset my Xbox, and internet still freezes after 4th try!!! Very aggravating was stoked but now just annoyed
