I submitted a support ticket last night and this was their response this morning, “ Hi,
Thanks for reaching out, our team is aware of the issue and we're hoping to address it in a future patch as soon as possible.
We appreciate your patience.
Best,” so they know about the issue who knows when it’ll be fixed though

@iRockNewbzz- they def dont know how to fix it. its crazy and if thats the case idc just let us freaking know so we can get a refund. This has gone on too long, I’m just going to get a refund and by the time they fix it, I’ll probably get a discount for the game.

SDS clearly doesn’t care about the fanbase. Ever since taking the game from PlayStation only they’ve had people asking for the game on PC and they refuse to do it. Because of that I buy the game on switch every year as PC and switch are my two platforms. Now I can’t play on switch either and they don’t care at all. It’s an absolute joke

I thought they were just playing out the string until a week passed and refunds were turned off, then they would drop the bad news "we don't have a fix". Maybe cynical, but seemed to stand to reason. The fact that they still haven't acknowledged anything even though they have our money is frankly befuddling

Ive posted at least 10 tickets, and not once have they responded to me at all. They used to at least send out a fake crappy automated one. Haven't gotten even that. 100$ for absolutely nothing. Give us a refund at this point

Talk to us @Manu__SDS_MLBTS. Tell us why we can’t use a product we purchased from you. At least tell us something.

At this point just pull it from the store and issue refunds until the team can get it fixed. This product is unplayable so let’s stop pretending it’s ok to take unsuspecting people’s money. When the game is fixed and ready to play put it back on the shelves. Learn something from the cyberpunk folks a couple years back

This is seriously ridiculous. I even tried to get a return from Amazon but, because I bought the digital code, they won’t do anything about it. I’m basically stuck with this piece of sh!t game that doesn’t work that I spent $60 on because SDS don’t care about the community and wants to keep all the money they can.

Uninstalled and reinstalled. When it reloaded it was super buggy and I was hopeful that it’d work. Nope, no dice. Still crashing

I delete it and install it again, try to play conquest but the game crash.

At this point I guess we wait for the next update.

I uninstalled and reinstalled TWICE and I can finally get into DD. I had to wait 2 hours each time for the game to download, so thanks SDS
