Tatis not getting Buxton boost?

Tatis has 60 vision but isn’t getting the Buxton captain boost. but i have Harry Ford & Kyle Manzardo with 60 vision who are getting the boost.. ?

the boost clearly states Under 60 vision. Henry Ford has 59 vision same as Manzardo.

my mistake.. i have them paralleled up so it shows 60
