CPU Fielding - back to 20 or 21?

Is it just me or does it feel like CPU feeling has slipped back to where 20 or 21 was? It seems the field isn't playing big enough again and outfielders can get to everything.

Or maybe it's just because it's almost 3 in the morning and I've been playing for almost 6 hours (minus the time the server was down).
