Never got packs or stubs

Anyone else not get there 20k stubs or 20 packs? I didn’t get either and paid the 40… any tips?

Give it time. Eventually once the servers are stable, you should get some type of in-game prompt that you received your pre-order rewards

I crashed in my first game this morning and went from 27k to 17k stubs. I know for sure I had at least 20k stubs from the pre order bonus and hadn't spent it. I submitted a bug.

Glad I’m not the only one. I bought the Negro Leagues Edition and input the code for the items and redeemed it on Microsoft’s site only to get half the items I’m supposed to. I put in a support ticket hopefully the fix all this stuff soon.
