Not able to access the <Manage Squad> menu.
Okay, for the last month, I went through almost every single post and thread exsisting on the internet mentioning about the same (or simillar) issue.
None of them helped. I want to know if there is someone suffering from the same issue.
The error message pops up saying “The Show Online: An unhandled server exception occured.”
Not able to enter the <Manage Squad> section, and all the things to do with the roster - such as adding a player or removing one from the lineup - is now completely locked.
- It is unable to play all modes requiring a eligable DD roster - such as Ranked, Mini Seasons, Conquest, vs. CPU, etc. While the reason is unknown, the current squad roster is considered ineligable to participate such modes.
1-1. The only exception is the Online Season Event, which uses a whole new squad system, runs independently from the main roster.

At the same time, it is unable to access via the app nor the website. Everything else on the app works well, only the squad section shows gray screen.

Also, adding a new player card (just after opening a pack) to the rotation or lineup immedately using the quick menu occurs the same error.

Things such as re-booting the system and the router, reinstalling the program didn't work at all.

Plus, I already paid for the Playstation Plus, which means I should be able to play all Online modes. I am mentioning it to make sure it is not an issue with the subscription payment thing.
I highly assume it is a crash issue on the main server. The issue seems to do with the online server itself, not with my local network that I am using. "Only" the Squad section on the The Show PC website (and also same via the App) is not able to access. Online matches via the Season Event mode works well, which is the only mode I can play in DD.
It has been a huge inconvenience throughout the whole month, not being able to form an eligable roster to finish the time-limited tasks such as the WBC Program.
- Already tried sending tickets, just got TWO useless solutions by a guy named Miguel which seems to be responded automatically. After that, the Miguel guy is gone forever.
I am even not sure Miguel is a real person. Is there really someone existing handling this issue? I mean, REAL someone, whom I can actully interact with.
I believe it's not an issue for only myself. There seems to be a lot suffering from this issue. If you are there, please let me know. And by any chances, if you got a soluton to get rid of this, I beg you to share it for me and us.
Rebooting the system: Does that mean you deleted the game and initialized the console?
If you didn't initialize, the option that takes the longest, try that.

Thanks for the reply, still everything's there after the try.
Not only the methods, I am also trying contacting SDS via ticket reports every single day, still there aren't any useful responds without the automatic replys. Running out of patience. It's lasting for months.

If any of you guys from SDS gets to notice this thread, please drop down some comments here. How long should I wait for more? I am not even sure that my tickets are actually reaching appropriate guy rather than a auto-bot. I know that few developers and employees are monitoring this forum.

I have been having this same issue since before S6 started! No solutions and SDS doesn't know what to do either. eventually they just stop responding

Feel sorry for you suffering from same issue.
Thing that mostly make myself fury is that they started to ignore the issue at some point, as you mentioned. WHY IS SDS JUST IGNORING US? I am even starting to think whether there's something they are hiding behind.
