Randy Arozarena Charisma Card

I don’t have this card but finish ALL Team Affinity programs. Every season. I don’t understand why I don’t have this card? I don’t notice any dupes from AL East either.
I also noticed that only ONE person has super fractured the card. That seems VERY odd as well. Any input?

I’m thinking he replaced the Wander Franco card, but why can’t we get it if we want?

This seems to be an annual thing. Taking out a player that is accused of having a relationship with a minor and giving you a new card. I believe they did this in the past with the Relief Pitcher from the Pirates.
At this point it is like a tradition. -

Send in a ticket and they will give you the Arozarena card.

I had completed the program but sent in a ticket and he was in my inventory the next day.

They actually commented on this so you will get the card. May take a bit. His Home run Derby and Finest cards are far better but I totally get the completionist side of things.

In the past, you had they take the Wander Franco card from you. It was more like a switch. Do they allow you to keep the Franco card too?
