Pennant Chase program complete but not complete????

I reviewed my progress after playing my last game in the TA 4 West Conquest Map. In the list of accomplishments were points in the Pennant Chase program's repeatable mission.
The thing is, I completed the Pennant Chase program a long time ago. I went back and looked at the program, and it shows completed, BUT the Stage 2 box is not checked. I have my 115 points which is as many as you can get, so it is complete.
Why is the Stage 2 box not checked? Why am I still getting points in the repeatable mission?
Weird stuff.

You can still accumulate points, especially in a repeatable mission, when you complete a program.
I used two of the Sept MA players, while playing TA 4 Conquest Maps, and even though I completed that MA program, without using those players, it still tallies PXP towards their mission(s).
Repeatable ones never get checked off because they're repeatable

Weird. Thanks. None of the other repeatable missions from programs I've completed do that. I'll have to pay more attention.

Weird. Thanks. None of the other repeatable missions from programs I've completed do that. I'll have to pay more attention.

Check some of your completed TAs. Especially who you picked from the last pack at 150pts. Bet if you used them during a game you would see progress towards their mission(s) on the Progress Tab after the game.
