Innings pitched for TA5

Why doesn't the event innings count as innings pitched for TA5 to get the vouchers?
If someone has posted about before, I apologize for the duplicate post.

If you do not pitch a full inning with one pitcher, it does not count towards the voucher. Similar to ranked seasons.

I thought I did pitch a few innings with only 1 pitcher. I don't know. I also didn't see any online stats from games played with Rangers & Diamondbacks from WS program.
