Haven't fired this game up in a while....

I get home from work ready to play it again for the first time in months. I click the game tile ready to go and......my Xbox tells me I have to install it again. Wtf Has this happened to anyone else with this game or another?
Did the Show give up on me like I did it months ago?

Weird. Did you get the game through GamePass? If so maybe the various updates forced the game to uninstall or something. I don’t know how GamePass works. If you purchased the game then I’m completely lost. Good thing the games install lighting fast on these new consoles.
