Anyone else experiencing server issues right now?

Playing Conquest and it's taking about 5-7 seconds to load screens, conquer tiles, and load menus.

Also took a little longer than normal to load this forum.

No maintenance on my ISP's end and no issues other than loading the forum and playing the game.

Edit: and I can't load the app.
