Oneil Future Stars card

I'm confused - is he just available in a standard pack? I know he's on the market. Under his card in the "My MLB Players" section, under "Where to earn this player", one option is "Collection - Free Agents Live Series". I'm pretty sure that's wrong, but as you guys know, I'm wrong about a lot of things.
Wait... maybe "Collection - Free Agents" is just where you can go to buy him?

Something is definitely wrong with that. If he were a FA collection reward, everyone would have him. I just checked the FA collection and the highest reward is a BiaH pack at 200 cards.
They’ve only advertised the card as being pulled from a standard pack. And to tell the truth, I’m not holding my breath to get one. I haven’t even pulled a Trout out of one this year. In fact, I’ve had to buy 90% of the high diamonds for the LS collection.

I finished the NL uniforms collection last night and thought i might have pulled him, turned out it was Trout. I also got Judge when my gold player turned into a diamond. I bought the O'Neil Cruz because i knew pulling him was going to be as likely as pulling a chase pack rare.

That just shows where you can earn a pack that might contain him

He's in Standard Packs...I pulled it him Friday. He'll show up like a regular diamond but will have the Gold Lights

My son pulled him Saturday from a Standard Pack.
