Player trying to join custom league but gets the message "blocked"

I have 3 custom leagues, all with the same players and have never had this problem... but upon creating the newest league only one player cannot join. receiving the message sorry you are blocked from joining this custom league. I have been up and down the internet searching for answers. tried everything i have seen. Can someone provide some insight on this so we can allow this regular league player back in? much appreciate it
