What kind of update do you want?
They can't give a time frame update as that's not something that can get done with coding. They can say two hours; but in two hours it may still be down. You can't take something like coding.

You still need to use a programming language for servers. They still need to find out why the Switch can't connect to the servers.

That they're still working on it? One would assume that if it's not working; they're still working on a fix.

What update do we want? After 12 hours of not being able to play what I paid for I want any little detail they can give because that is the right thing to do.

The game is unplayable when the servers are down. That’s an issue with time based rewards. Any extended period of downtime is not acceptable. We’re now going on at least 12 hours of downed servers. Could you imagine the uproar if this was for Xbox and PS users?

Are you serious!? Still the switch servers are down!! Just wow.

It’s pretty bad there has been zero updates for 11 hours. They literally left at 6pm and picking it back up at 9am.
Very very poor customer service.

I'm having the same issue on the Switch. No network connection.
I should note that I first experienced the issue at 1PM EST, so we're now at 18.5 hours and counting.
I really hope that SDS finds some way to make it up to us. We're missing out on timed events and going on 24 hours of being unable to play the game that we paid money for.

I have had the same since approx. 1pm EST as well. I want 250,000 stubs for the time I could have spent grinding. Unacceptable.

To be honest my brothers, we probably won’t be back till at least noon. Considering these guys are based in California and clearly didn’t work the night shift for us. 4:50am there.
