Clemente Conquest Map Bug

I just played the Twins to take their stronghold. I had 8 and they had 1 fan (which I thought was weird because I didn't steal any fans from them). After winning the game (on Rookie), the stronghold is still theirs, and they now have 9 fans, and I have 8.
Is this a known bug @CBrev47_MLBTS ? Should I report the bug or let it be?

Sounds like you just mistook a hex for a stronghold.

It does. Except, there were no hex spots with 1 fan around the stronghold. And, I only had one hex around the stronghold (after the game). The one I attacked from.

If they had two strongholds, sometimes the second one has one fan.
