Extreme Conquest completed on 6th turn and not given the rewards or extreme points

Been waiting since Friday to hear from SDS about my ticket for this. I completed the Extreme conquest map on the 6th turn and it still shows as uncompleted and only 3/4 quests completed. They have never taken so long to fix an issue before, something that seems pretty simple to fix you would not think that they would take more than 4 days to even get back to me but here we are.

What mission does it say not complete? cause there were a couple turn based ones in there

the final mission to complete the map on or before the 6th turn, which was completed. They have still yet to contact me it is more than frustrating at this point.

Did you beat all the rays fans on the last spot?

sure did, like any map it asked you to restart the map and I never got credit for finishing the map or the last quest for the jumbo packs.
