So far I have found HRD cards Alex Bregman, Josh Donaldson, Corey Seager, and Miguel Cabrera missing from the database (and not in the Inventory on the web).

Thats because no one has discovered them yet, once people get to them they will be there.

It's the same thing as the rewards for collections, IE Acuna Jr, Rutschman when they first came out.
