Extreme Conquest - so much fun!

I'm really enjoying the challenge. If you remember MLB 17 DD, they had this program where you had to beat all the 30 teams in each difficulty level. That was the absolute best but this is really close to that.
Good job by SDS coming up with this. Long overdue but really digging it!

I just beat it, my only regret is letting it come down to a simulation at the end, it was me with 55 and Tampa Bay with 45 i simed it... won by 5 fans nearly had a heartache lol but now i have Marte and my new closer Billy Wagner

I don't think that was 17, I think that was 19. And the final reward was 99 Vlad Sr.

I played it a few hours ago and it was on AS, very easy tbh. I can’t imagine going to simulation, losing and having to start over

Yah, i really should have played it. Just really happy the simulation went my way. Wagner is incredible and Marte had 5 hits in the first game i used him in.

I remember one year (maybe 19 or 20) where there was a set of Moments that was the All-Time Teams. First 30 were each of the teams where you played 3-inning games on AS (I believe) and then 6-inning games for each of the 6 divisions (AS again I believe) and the final three were 9-innings games were on HOF (I believe) and were the All-Time AL, NL, and MLB teams.

Yes i believe that was the old timers program with Babe Ruth as the reward. That was my first year playing Extreme/ old timers program (which i wish they would bring back) Facing each team with there superstars was tough and really interesting.

I really want a program like this. I like anything where you have to play an actual game against specific teams. My favorite part of DD after collecting the cards is stat building. It’s fun to see who I play best with, who I struggle with, who gets hot etc etc. my first year playing was 21 and I really got into it building teams for Team Affinity. By the final TA you could play teams in that division on All Star for program points and those were repeatable. I made 6 rosters and kept them to see which division was my best at the end of the year.
@samguenther1987 mentioned something about playing all 30 teams for TA on his own- just as a way to break things up when grinding. What do you do again?
The program you’re describing allows you to do that and I love the idea. I know Mini Seasons is a version of that and were it bug free, I’d love the mode. Big bring a baseball history nerd, I’d love to be playing all time teams.

I’d thoroughly enjoy this as well. Talking about all time great teams gave me the cold sweats for a moment thinking back to ‘Baseball Stars’ and that loaded team you had to beat for the title…think they wore red and blue

Not fun when you are on your 6th turn and you just beat the final game and your 60 territories cant beat the final 44 territories. Oof!

I'm having a hard time trying to find the enjoyment, I just finished the NL and i'm playing the A's now. I haven't struggled on HOF or All-star. Any chance you can tell me why you enjoy it and what you did to make it more fun?

The thought of adding Wagner to my bullpen kept me going, plus it's a great way to add XP to the current program, your halfway through keep going. There are some great hidden packs coming up soon.

I remember the first time I finally figured out conquest, it was a map from 18, Conquest Destiny I think. I know 99 Eddie Murray was the reward, and I wanted that card. As I remember it was like doing either the AL or NL, not the whole league. But I think there were teams mixed in from both leagues.
I actually like conquest, so this new map is great, would love to see an Extreme II like we did in 18 with the US map.
