Quirk Question

I’d think that 99 cards would have quirks, more so than lower cards. Kind of like NBA 2k. Higher players had more badges. But I opened a Incognito pack and got The Conductor (Chris Sale). The man is a 99 and has ZERO quirks!

Is he the only 99 without any and why would a guy as good as him not have at least break outlier or something.

Yeah it is pretty weird. Like in the XP boss pack, Sizemore and Utley have a bunch of quirks, but Donaldson has zero. I've noticed other 99's too with no quirks.
