Outlier Factor

Is it broken ? Four of my starting pitchers have outliers and they are P4 or P5 and they are barely throwing 102 even throwing 99 at one point. Just faced Zero P Nolan Ryan and he painting the upper corner with 102 MPH consistently either he's using meter or am I doing something wrong. Even at "perfect" PPP, they are barely throwing heat.

Are you throwing with max velocity consistently or are you throwing with less than max to conserve energy? If you aren't throwing with max velocity consistently, you won't be hitting 102+ consistently.
