No clue. I don't use CAPS and quit every game after beaming my opponent's CAP.

While some people get triggered by your mentioning of a CAP, I'll answer your question...
Yes! SDS has not fixed that issue in the many, many years that it has been around.
Play your CAP if you want as you can play the game as you want. Don't let anyone here persuade you from playing the game as you find fun. I guess some people are so triggered by it, you can get some easy wins online. It's not like having a player in a video game getting beaned actually hurts or anything! It just shows how childish some other players are and how they are emotionally unstable.

If you play with a CAP online I will have bad thoughts about you. So just keep that in mind.
