Unlocking players to gain cards

I am brand new to this game. In the Player Programs how do you gain the card needed to start one? I saw one was Carlos Gonzalez, earned at Bronze Level 10 - I'm at Bronze Level 18 and don't have that card? Or Eddie Matthews - it says I need to acquire Eddie Matthews rookie card to unlock that moment. Where do I do that? I appreciate your expertise!

You choose ond out of the evolution pack at lvl 10 bronze. Farther u get into xp you will eventually get all of then

Go to your packs and there should be a choice pack. It has a Pudge, Eddie, Eckersley, and CarGo. Whichever card you pick will unlock moments and missions you have to do with that player. Once you finish you get a diamond version of whichever player you chose.

Get to Silver 10 for another choice pack and pick one of the other 3.

you have to level up, there will be another evo choice pack as you move up to silver and then gold

In the XP path there will be levels that give you an "Evolution" pack that you choose which player to use.
