Baserunners stopping in middle of basepaths?

Since the last update, I’ve had several games where my baserunners start to run and stop halfway between the base they came from and the base they are going to.
I let the CPU run for me (I know, my fault), but this isn’t just a one off thing. Multiple times a game.
Any one else?

Happens to me at least once every third or fourth game. If you attempt to retreat from a steal it happens almost 100% of the time.
Also you can’t lead off of second if the shortstop is covering. It’s a 100% pickoff every single time. And I do mean 100% pickoff just for leading. Doesn’t matter if you’re attempting to try to steal third or not.

I am in the final Incognito stronghold against Dodgers. Runner on first. Ground ball to first basemen. Runner gets halfway to second and stops. First baseman throws to second. Relay to first, batter is safe.
Everyone is now standing around looking at each other. Never seen this happen before.
Wow.

I was able to continue and finish game by hitting my left directional pad arrow. Runner took off for second and was already out.
Definitely a bug, but at least I got to finish the game.
Again, let CPU make baserunning decisions for me. (Don’t judge me!!).
