Any Advice regarding SDS Support Tickets

A week ago, I went 12-0. I had only received my 9 win reward and below that. Never got any flawless rewards or 90 plus diamond, I have sent multiple tickets and one was responded to and I was told it was sent to Investigation team, A week later after that I asked for an update but the guy keeps marking it as solved and I haven't received any rewards or any updates and if you're wondering yes I did send attachments with the photo of the reward screen and 12-0 screen on each ticket.
