Finally getting around to my CAP.

Do you get more experience / higher progression points on a higher difficulty? Or is it best to just play on beginner and mash in a custom stadium?

I'm not playing for the experience, just trying to max out as quickly as possible.

No, all levels count the same since it is specifically number of stats required to progress.
