Yesterday I played someone with a WS icon who beat me (not surprising -- I lose to lots of players, not just WS players), but what was a little surprising was that they bunt-danced through the entire contest. Every at-bat, every pitch. I had previously seen this behaviour many times, of course, but had never seen it with a WS player before. I know making WS doesn't guarantee any kind of attitude or anything like that, but I had presumed someone good enough wouldn't feel the need to resort to anything silly like that. Today, I played someone with a 25-3 ranked record and it was the same experience all over again. I'm just finding this odd, that really good players are behaving like this. It's just stupid obviously, and I don't find it particularly distracting or anything like that, but again, I'd never really seen it from highly rated players before. Wondering if anyone has any ideas about this.

Playing toxic people is just the norm today. I think for every one toxic person I encounter, I play 4-5 that are playing with good intentions. I've had a number of games where guys message "gg" right after. Sure, it's annoying when you get the replay champ or bunt dancer. I actually hate the constant stealer most, as they frequnetly trigger fielding glithces. But I think the vast majority of persons as respectable players just looking for a good game

Just because they have a WS icon doesn't necessarily mean they are good or decent players. There are plenty out there who get their wins from less-than-sportsmanlike game play!

The solution to the base stealing is to throw over several times with no pattern. That will likely lead to bad jumps and easy throw out opportunities. The base stealing will soon come to a screeching halt when 2 or 3 of their runners are thrown out.
