I’ve tried almost 30 times to beat the incognito show down and can’t beat it. Any advice

There are a lot of strategies but I’ve found they are the most rigged and random mode in the game. People usually like them or hate them with most falling in the later category including myself. My advice is to skip them and focus on repeatable team builds. Much more fun and although it takes longer it saves you a lot of frustration from dealing with showdown bs including diving plays and pitchers dotting with the ability to throw countless pitches with minimal impact on stamina. Morale of the story is if you have failed a bunch accept the L and attack the grind from another angle. Showdowns could be fun but they need the entry fee waived, sliders turned way way down, and the ability to pick up where you fail and not have every challenge pass or fail. Until these changes happen I’m done with showdown unless absolutely required.

You're almost up there with me on the WBC Showdown - I'm at 43 with that one...and still haven't gotten it.

Diving catches , double plays . It’s ridiculous.

Just skip it. A few 9 inn Play vs CPU games with players from the Program and you'll get the points needed because of the repeatable mission

I tend to do well in showdown.. the right perks and good balance in your lineup helps. Be patient take pitches and don’t panic general tips. The ones that get me are the 6 out ones cause there is little room for error. I enjoy them for the most part but definitely get frustrated when I waste 40 mins just to lose on the next to last showdown. I understand not liking them or skipping them if they are taking so many try’s. My best friend plays while watching tv and struggles with them but he’s not nearly as into the game. So focus patience and find your pitch. Or skip it altogether if they aren’t fun and feel like a waste of time I’d say

Take your time and be very patient. As soon as you begin getting frustrated by all the acrobatic defensive plays you will lose.
Take a break. Run through 2-3 and take a break. Do a little practice before jumping back in.
I used high vision and contact hitters. Always try to steal 2nd if possible as double plays are a killer. NEVER lead off 2nd. You'll get picked off more times than not.
Above all, take your time and avoid getting frustrated.
