Fix Fielding!!!

I've posted about this before, but nothing's changed. It's ridiculous this year the way fielders are moving or not moving. Repeatedly, especially during online play, [censored] are hit on the infield and the infielder doesn't move at all. I try and move them the way I always have, and they just stand there as the ball goes past them. And outfielders seem to consistently take a step in the wrong direction before you can move them in the right one. I know SDS was trying to handicap certain fielders, but I'm talking about good defensive players. It's incredibly frustrating. At the very least acknowledge the problem, and then please fix it.

It’s not a bug, the game has actively made fielding a more complex task this year. You now really need to pay attention to fielding attributes and take into account everything with respect to defense. You’ll now have to decide whether the offensive side of these players games outweigh there defensive liabilities. A good example of this is Juan Soto cards. He has great offensive stats but highly suspect defensive stats. His fielding is atrocious and now you pay for using him in the field. You’re just gonna need to pay attention to more of the players attributes.

They did fix fielding. In previous years, every fielder had a gold glove and got to everything. SDS listened to the complaints and made the fields play “bigger” so [censored] could be hit in the gap, etc. As @KILLERPRESENCE4 said, now the fielding attributes mean more.

The only problem is the fact that you need to practice and use players that have better fielding. Imagine calling user error a bug lol

They still haven’t fixes the loligagging around on infield weak hits and DP urgency. The animations on those have been bad since forever.
