Guessing because of the no-sell change this mode is for BR goons only? Tipped my toe in today and have played all flawless BR guys in a row. I’m usually good for 6-9 wins per run, but this mode might be out of my skill level now…. Lol

Yep, it’s gonna be nothing but the elite players sooner than later. Simply not worth the time investment for the majority of the player base. I feel like quite a few people have already packed it on on this year’s game burned out by the crazy long grinds, expensive gluttony of premium packs, and non sellable rewards.

I completely agree with this. They took 3 steps backward in regard to rewards, and difficulty. The game is just to much of a grind, and too stingy with stubs and rewards. They should have posted a big sign when you start up the game saying " Casual Players not Welcome "

I don't completely agree this argument, and I've seen it come up a lot. Sure, it sucks you can't sell the rewards, but you're still earning a good card for free. I feel like this change should drive people towards BR if they actually want any of these cards.
Earlier in the year ranked and BR cards were cheap enough that I would just flip my way up to them. They'll be more expensive now with less supply, so it would make more sense to earn them myself. Unfortunately, even with the programs being easy, I just can't commit to online games like I used to when my newborn can start crying from a sound sleep at any moment. The best I can hope for is winning enough event games for a rewind pack, while quitting out of a lot when he starts fussing.
Personally, I hate the change, but I feel like there are enough people out there that actually want to use one of the three rewards that it wouldn't just be the ultra elite looking to go 12-0.

I am off to 5-0 start, but I did play a goon in my 5th game. I just happened to be in the zone that game. Final score 9-8. None of the games have been really easy though so the competition is way up from my experience.

After posting this I won my next 2 games, but that was in the “one loss” bracket. That maybe where I will reside this round.

It’s been a roller coaster for me. I’ve finished the program today. This was my first online experience this season and I just find it to be all over the place. Some games you are swinging a wet noddle and other you are launching the ball. Ive questioned how anyone can go 12-0 at this point.

I played a 12-0 guy yesterday and got vaporized. Couldn't get an out to save my life. I welcome it though maybe I can learn a thing or 2.

Last season it took me one game into my fourth run to complete the program. This season I have gone 1-2 in my first two runs. My losses have been either against guys with flawless banners or losing games where I outhit the opponent and there was really no reason I should lose, but I didn't capitalize with runners on. I am really not convinced the player base in BR is different yet.

Good this is the hardest mode in the game. If you want those cards grind it out. If not buy them on the MP
-
For 250K stubs. Less cards in the marketplace is bad for the game bottom line. Reward the elite players with stubs not elite cards that make them that much better than the rest of us. Making all the cards relatively affordable and attainable makes the game more balanced, more enjoyable and more motivating. The elitist mentality is killing the game and will continue to do so moving forward unless a middle ground is established.

I mean you can get a bunch of the core cards for free and a free 99 a the end of the day, still nets you a pretty good choice pack. No different then doing an offline program.

It is for goons only now. 200+k wasn't enough for them for a flawless run so now they can play each other.
I look for SDS to see numbers way down in BR and to change that reward to sellable. It was a 10+ hr grind for the majority of people. WS reward I can agree with because that was down for 30k for an unbelievable grind. This was a big mistake by SDS.

BR had always been full of goons.
I really don't care if I lose just like that it's more balanced card wise then ranked. Since I rarely get past 2 or 3 wins I don't play much because I hate doing that draft . Wish you could do it once and save it.
