Anyone seen a hr to center in polo grounds

I been wondering if anyone has seen a hr to the 455 or 480ish part. Been playin since 17 an never have seen one.

Only one i've ever seen was on a ball that went up the steps and stayed there, i've also hit balls on to the dugouts that have stayed there. Very funny because you see the fielders running back and forth lol

Nope. I only play in that stadium offline as it would be a nightmare if I was facing some cheeser. Every time I have smoked a perfect perfect ball to dead center the ball "mysteriously" dies in deep center field and is caught or the outfielder, regardless of speed rating is able to get close enough to activate "super dive" and I am out anyway.
I suspect that that open tunnel, should anyone actually reach it would just be like a solid wall and it would bounce off it, or perhaps if it does not would just be a ground rule double.

Yes…The year Willie Mays was the live series collection…I hit one with him to dead center, It’s the one & only time I’ve ever done it.

Yes, it was a few years ago, playing online vs a friend. He cranked it to center with someone I wasn't expecting, but can't remember who it was. It was some diamond, but not a max power guy.
