Cross play question..
-
I have an Xbox series S, will I match up with players playing Xbox 1 PS4 or only players on current gen Xbox series X, S, and PS5?
Reason I ask cause I recently updated to an Xbox series S and it’s night and day difference from xbox one cause of lag choppiness so obviously it’s be an advantage to the guy playing on current gen vs the old gen.

With crossplay on, you would play opponents on any platform or console. With cross play off, you are limited to a single platform, but still could match up with multiple console types. You could end up playing opponents on Xbox One.
The only way to limit opponents to next gen consoles is to choose a custom stadium since last gen and Switch don't have that feature.
