Has anyone noticed timing this year is funky?

Sometimes the timings of swings just feel wrong. Like it will say slightly early on an outside pitch that I hit to straight away opposite field, or will pull a ball in the gap on an inside pitch and it will stay up bc I'm slightly late. When you play baseball thought that is literally where you are supposed to hit the ball respectively. Also, the timing window on the fastballs just seems off. Literally everything is either pulled juuuuust foul or you are slightly late and like before it hangs up even though it should still be a barrel. Just wondering if anyone else felt like the timing windows just seem slightly off when it comes to how hard the ball should be hit.

Low vision players? Doesn't that change the timing windows?

I have a solid set up and my timing fluctuates game to game. Sometimes I am early very early then I'm late very late. When it's early very early I can adjust and hit well but when it's late very late I have a hard time because I can't catch up to the fast ball and if my opponent figures that out I'm cooked.

It could still be slightly early if it should have been sat back on even more. If it is on the black and you hit it to straight away right/left, it would be slightly early.

It could still be slightly early if it should have been sat back on even more. If it is on the black and you hit it to straight away right/left, it would be slightly early.
You should be able to hit an outer half pitch really solid from center all the way foul opposite hand side. That's how hitting a baseball works. Trout hit a ball 470 last year to center on a ball directly in the corner

I’m not saying you can’t hit a ball hard, But you can’t hit a pitch on the black to straight away center and have “perfect timing”.

I’m not saying you can’t hit a ball hard, But you can’t hit a pitch on the black to straight away center and have “perfect timing”.
I'm not saying perfect, but it shouldn't be a line-out directly at the center fielder everytime either like it is now
