Why arent previous choice packs in maps?

Last year we used to always get back like the Welcome to the Show and such in Maps? This year u either had to buy them or thats it

Disappointing to me
I’m sure that will change. The maps become more loaded as the cycle goes on. The packs have started to show up in programs-around the world in the Mexico program etc.

Old choice pack wouldn't normally show up as rewards in maps until the All Star game or Shark Map arrived at that time hidden rewards would change to old packs
