All star? No. Hof? Yes.
All star difficulty is aids but Hof his fastball can actually get by guys and set up the split and slow slider

Olson I still use on Hof, the others nah

Ohtani is extremely valuable on HoF and higher. His fastball plays and his offspeed is good. Plus an extra bat in the lineup when hitting on those difficulties is hard isn't a bad thing.
