Methods to keep track of progress?

Have to admit, the ps4 version not keeping track of progress is a major major downer. They emphasized such a grind this year, and after just about every game having to go into each program to see what I need with who is beyond time consuming.
Does anyone have a solid method they use to complete these missions/player xp challenges that doesn’t require constant back and forth?
