Alternate Unis & league expansion plz

When creating a team for franchise we should be able to have alternate uniforms and the ability to modify the jerseys after they've been created during your franchise.
And would love the league expansion ability rather than taking a team out.

Also was thinking since the Russo High Heat guy is already licensed it'll be cool if there was weekly audio of him ranting about the good and bad of the week in baseball
