RTTS game logs incomplete

Anybody else notice RTTS game logs do not show all outs in each half innings most of the time?

Not only that, but there's a lot of times (never bothered to correlate lack of game log with this) where the tickers would show something like 0-2 <gap>, Strikeout. Or 0-1, <nothing>
