Outlier

My P5 Bob Gibson cannot throw more than 100 mph but my WBC Edwin Diaz can easily throw 102. Both have outlier 1 but yet Gibson cannot throw 101-102 mph consistently. What stats affects the speed? I use PPP, do I need to be perfect

I’m not sure but I went up against Hunter Brown last night and dude was painting 103 fastballs. I did not do so well lol

I forgot who it was, but I saw one pitch at 104!
