The online play in this game is so broken it’s unbelievable. For sds to say they fixed the bad timing and miss placed pci [censored] is an absolute joke!!! When I throw pitches well out of the zone and they still get solid hits is pathetic. What’s the point of mixing pitches and hitting corners if sds is just going to let them hit it anyways. There is zero skill gap in this game and it sucks because this is the only baseball game on the market to play. I enjoy the offline play but it’s just dumb that they can’t do what they say they are going to do for online play.

Are you seriously asking what is the point of hitting corners if people can hit it? Did you really type that?

It's dumb that SDS allows people to hit the ball when it is over the plate in the strike zone (even the corners are over the plate and therefore in the strike zone)? Ok, that is a different take, but you are entitled to your opinion! This is almost as bad of a post as the guy who likes to call people "centerswingers" for being able to hit the ball over the center of the plate (and of course for not throwing the same meatballs to him)!

My issues is that I can't steal from second to third, can't call time out, and 9/10 I can't hit R3 to bring up my opponent's defensive alignment.
Not sure if it's the servers, the game, or quick pitching by my opponent.

Well, I rarely get a hit when I swing to junk outside of the zone this year, let alone a solid hit. SDS must hate you or love your opponents a little too much.

What I’m saying is baseball is a game of chess when you can tunnel pitches and hit spots and change speeds you throw off your opponent. In this game there is zero of that. It’s all rgn idk if you’ve ever played baseball in real life or just a video game player but that’s what I’m trying to explain. I hate when you throw a perfect pitch out of the zone and they swing very late or very early and get a hit way more than they should.

Yes I did type that if your dotting pitches and changing speeds and throwing pitches on the corners out of the zone then a majority of the time they should be outs. They said they fixed the bad timing hits but I still see it happen way more then they led on. Obviously if it’s in the zone it’s hittable but pitches on corners off the plate should not be as hittable with very early or very late timing.

This game just sucks in general. Everybody online has 99 teams already and 95% of the cards are unplayable online. My opponent uses 99 players and i throw pitches out of the zone and they’re fouled off till I’m forced to throw in the zone anywhere and it’s an automatic homer. It’s dumb
