Multiple team draft

I’ve been doing franchises for years where I control like 5 teams. The scouting is much better in this years game than in past. One downside I’ve noticed is you can only control one team in the draft while the others auto drafts. While they draft decent, they draft a lot of low interest players where it’s hard to get them signed. It doesn’t seem to matter what I select for the positional needs as it appears to be the same for each team I select.
Does anyone have any tips for this?
