What is worse then MLB the Show 22

The only thing that I really hate about this year is the content. DD is already extremely boring to me. Feels like January content, not April. And I hate the Sets ideas. Besides that, this game has improved quite a bit, although the more I play it, the more it feels like 22 but with different bat sounds and PCI.
Obviously we’re all entitled to our opinion. I’m not a huge sets fan either. But there is so much more content this year and diverse. Curious what you don’t like other than the sets.

I deleted it this afternoon. Didn't even get through April this year. It's the same game as the last two years but somehow they managed to make a re-skinned game perform worse than its predecessors.
Receipts o/u 5 days back playing
He played last night, so the under wins.

MLB the Show 23.
I knew better then to buy this sorry excuse for a baseball game.
SDS you tricked me into getting this game once again.
Servers stink, content stinks, hitting mechanics stink, pitching mechanics stink.
But good thing though.... Kaufman Stadium is playable.
Lucky I have a real life and plan on not wasting my time on this sorry excuse for a baseball game.
Grade D.... Yep SDS gets it wrong again.
Good marketing tacticts though.....

Lol, go figure, player can’t figure out hitting/pitching mechanics: solution, go to forums and complain that said mechanics are messed up.

I really think the sets are my biggest gripe. I really enjoyed the slow build up from previous years where golds and lower diamonds were valid options for a couple of months. Now it’s taken a lot of my desire to grind for anything because there’s already a better option available and I won’t even be able to use these cards in July.
It’s taken away my desire to grind out programs and also my desire to parallel cards because by the time I P4 or P5 them, they’ll be unusable.

Meh programs better in 23 imo. It was worth the money but don’t see how much longer it will be worth playing. Maybe season 2 breaths some life back but the further we get away from the new feeling the less it really feels fun. But once TA is done and innings for WS it’s just kind of like whatever. I find myself getting bored lately and ripping packs which are at best 1:150-200 for 99.99% purple diamond and big losses. I don’t care what it says on there. Every now and then grind a little to get a whopping 3k-7500 for 25k xp.
But like I said I definitely feel like I got my $100 worth.
I agree it’s getting quite stale.
I think the biggest reason for me Is the fact that mini seasons is broken. It’s incredible how little there is to do when that one mode is unplayable because it is the only way to get team affinity progress. In essence they grinds TA and the set 1 collection progress to a halt.
With live series being less valuable and conquests not Giving XP boosts to the season 1 XP path, we’re left with a pretty empty game offline.
I enjoy online, best online gameplay we’ve had but I like to mix on and offline so it just sucks that 50% of the game is in limbo.

Check swing doesn't work.
Xbox players and crossplay ruins this game online.
The overall gameplay is incredibly unrealistic.
Card stats and attributes are ridiculously idiotic and just dumb.
Not enjoyable IMO....
Not enjoyable and you didn’t even own it, have you played it?
Edit: Never mind, I completely misread your original post, you fell victim of SDS like I did last year. My bad.

This game sucks. The game just came out and all I face online ranked is the exact same teams full of the same 99 players… it’s pretty boring and stupid. Every pitch I hit well with good timing is an out because I’m facing a 99 pitcher but my opponent will get hits on pitches way outside the zone very late. Dumb game
