25xp spin missing reward

It does it alot guys, im almost at 1.1 million xp and I can't count the amount of xp wheel rewards I'm missing. If it's a new 100k level you will 100% be missing that reward.

I missed out on a duo pack earlier in the week, but have had no problems with the last three times. I think I may have not pressed a to accept the reward after the game finished. I think I'd you press b, it might be why no one is getting the reward

Same thing. Just got to the spin game and it just made the sound like it was activated and then started counting to the next spin.

Yeah I’ve missed out on three rewards so far. Luckily, it was only a couple of five packs and one Diamond duo. I’d care a lot more if one was a boss pack.

I found that when i get that screen where shows wheel completed, I dont back out of there and wait for the game to start

Didn't get my wheel spin for 650k xp. Put in a ticket. We'll see if anything happens.

Don’t hold your breath. I never received a response for losing my 8-0 record in events a couple weeks ago.

you got your reward.. you just did not know it. happen to me said i had a spin, it didn't spin I went to "packs" and had it waiting for me..

Man, lucky you. I didn’t get a spin or a pack, so I just submitted a ticket. I hope this gets fixed soon.

Got 5 pack for my 650k spin when I started the game today and have not seen any packs in my inventory since or yesterday while playing so no you don’t always get your reward.

Yeah, I just completed my 25k (for like the 20th time haha) & I did not receive it.

So I just missed mine myself but was rewarded a 5 pack bundle. I close the game and come back in and it makes me do the spin. Guess what I got? The 5 pack bundle. I go in to open packs and they aren't there. That tells me they are pre determined. Wow

Have had multiple spins and only once I didn’t receive the wheel. Was playing RTTS. Turned the game off and when restarted the wheel showed up.

I just got 22nd in challenge of the week 11 and I didn’t receive any reward. Why?

I must be lucky. The one time I managed to get a boss pack, out of the kagillion spins, it was there for me.
