Pitch counts in event

I started playing the event today and realized that my opponents pitch count was based on the actual number of pitches they threw, but mine was based on the count.

For example, if I was pitching and the quick count was 2-1, it credited 3 pitches to my pitchers pitch count before I ever threw a pitch. However, my opponents pitch count was only going up for the pitches they actually threw.

Anybody else experiencing this?
